The service work just like they said it would. I don't think they enhanced the videos all that much. I am satisfied with the results.

I had several tapes sent in which were processed timely and digitized. I had an audio issue with one of my downloads but the imemories team fixed it with no issue and allowed me to have additional time to view my downloads. I will use them again!

Thank you for bringing so many memories back to life. We were able to see videos we had taken years ago and had forgotten what was one them. As it turned out there were many precious memories that would have been lost without your service. Thank you again!

I loved most of them. A couple were from a friend who used it and I didn't know them. Anyway I learned how to do it so next time I don't keep wha I don't like shanks a shoushand!

IMemories has converted slides and film for me so far. These items ranged from 20-60 years in age. All work was done quickly and was very easy to download the results. This has been amazing to preserve some of my family's history.

Thought I had sent it more tapes than I did but they keep detailed records with cameras on what exactly was received.

I can't even begin to tell you how very much I love that I sent my old tapes to be put on an app on my phone! We have all laughed and cried and watched them over and over! Precious videos of my mother in law who has passed away! 100% recommendation!

I am so relieved to have electronic versions of my family tapes. And even more excited to give copies to my adult children for Christmas. Wonderful, easy solution to my years of worrying about the tapes not being accessible or possibly deteriorating.

I was nervous to mail my precious memories, but they were converted within a few weeks, and returned to me, and now I'm enjoying them. I am grateful I finally went ahead with this I wish I would've done it sooner!

THought this was such a great idea and a way to preserve memories but after you get all the stuff back and they send you a link to be able to see your movies you find out that in order to be able to see them for longer than 3 weeks you have to send them more money to get the drive.
No where does it say that ahead of time so we were a little surprised to find that out.

Good job though expensive. Fun to watch old videos again. Nice to be able to share with other friends and family.

I have been sitting on a million VHS tapes for over 30 years. Finally decided to send them to I memories. It really couldn't have been any easier. Not to mention, rapid turnaround and easy site navigation. I really couldn't recommend them more highly.

We are able to see pictures that I've never seen before!

Enjoyed looking at old videos. Should have sent them in years ago, some videos lost texture, but still think they are worth putting on UBS's. They bring back good memories. Am happy with them.

The whole experience was wonderful. We decided to take a chance with imemories to get our home movies converted so we could watch them. Our children and grandchildren have enjoyed watching sweet memories. We couldn't be happier.

I'm very pleased with the copies of our past family videos.

It was done quickly, email updates were helpful. Some of these memories seem like new, the experiences and moments were forgotten until now. Really great service!

I held on to my tapes for too many years so when I watch every second saved for me to see again, it is so heartfelt and tearfully fabulous! I am very thankful and as I said... it was worth every cent I spent!

Plan to send additional tapes soon. The quality was exceptional.
