Originally I felt I had paid too much for the amount of material I had digitized. What I had not realized that there was a significant discount of 50% which I failed to employ.
My problem is when I received my stuff back there were no DVDs which confused me.
Again, I missed that, and had checked online only.
When I called to ask about this I was told that if I wanted my own DVDs it would be another cost!
That was somewhat disappointing.
I paid the extra $35.00 dollars for two DVDs
So I just felt the price was over the top.
Imemories reached out to me and pointed out that had I taken the correct choices my cost would have been approximately $75.00 less.
What Imemories did was give me all the discounts that I could have taken.
I must say how many companies would have done that.
I never had a problem with the product, which I was very happy with the result.
My VHS tape was safely shipped and returned to me, and I was pleased with the quality of the digital transfer! My sister and I had spent years trying to find a VHS player that still worked so we could watch the silly videos we made when we were young, and now that is no longer necessary. Priceless! Thank you!
Despite all the stress and anxiety of having to return my tape because it didn't get converted fully, and then it getting lost with fed-ex, it was worth it to finally be able to see my 28 year old video anytime I want.

I called to get further clarification of online ordering. They were very helpful and explained the ordering procedure well.
From beginning to end it was a very professional experience. Someone was always available to answer questions and I had a lot of them! I had been thinking about doing this for years and am so glad I finally converted every 8mm, super 8 mm, and VHS tape to digital. As I shared these old memories with the rest of the family they are all getting theirs done now. It was precious to be able to see them again and I'm so glad I finally did it!
Now I can view my old movies and videos. I only wish the quality was a little better.
I was a little skeptical at first with this process but decided to try them with the first batch of about 500 + photos that I pulled out. They were very fast and efficient, patient with all my questions and now those photos are available on line to me. I would recommend their service. I will eventually send another batch to them. I just knew that I would never get them all organized and converted on my own time, so it has been very worth it.

It was quick and easy and very affordable. All my tapes were transferred to digital and sent back to me.
Out of the 5 videos I sent in to be copied only 3 were done. The reason given was due to copyright issues due to a TV recording being on the videos. But was given very limited info to what was on the video. There were parts of the videos that had personal items on them but I do not know since no real info was given of the options.
I did the subscription and can share with my daughter, MIL and sister who live far away. We are really enjoying living those days again

I'm happy to have my memories preserved, however, the process was much too expensive. I'm choosing to go with another company to digitize the rest of my films and tapes.
