Never having done this before I think for the most part our overall experience was positive, however we were a little disappointed that there was not a conversation about editing, for instance when the movie taker turned the camera upside down that should have been edited out.

My partners dad passed away when he was 10 years old. The 2 older brothers that were able to spend more time with their dad. I was given a VHS of my partners first birthday. Their dad is on there, talking, laughing, just celebrating a happy moment. We wanted them to be able to hear their dad's voice again and see him at his best. We were able to surprise the brothers with this video and so many emotions were in the room when we showed them. What an amazing way to preserve a great memory and be able to not worry about having a VCR. Thank you all so much for helping making this happen for the brothers that lost their dad so young and miss him so much. We also were able to show our kids and they loved that they were able to see their grandfather in something besides pictures.

I have had 25 cassettes converted. All were good except 1 conversion. I sent an email to the service address about 10 days ago but have not received a response. Trying to find contact information has been difficult. I will try to find a phone number to call someone.

Had 30+ year old VHS tapes that they had no issue converting. One tape (20+ years old) had multiple videos of our kids at different times. They separated them out separately in sub categories, which was great. Loved the experience, hope to catch a good % off though if you send more than one item, it can get expensive.

No complaints here! Will be a returning customer. Their service was fast, the quality of the conversions was great, and I was able to access the videos as they were converted- didn't have to wait for them to all complete. I recommend!

Sent in different forms of videos that we were unable to view with old equipment. So nice to have all our Memories on one place and be able to organize them into separate albums.

I haven't laughed so hard in ages! Seeing my toddlers antics (youngest now is 29!) My youngest saw herself as a 4 day old! She started crying with love.

It was wonderful to see the memories of my past. There were other details and pictures of loved ones that have gone on, and that was indeed a blessing to see. I had forgotten how much information was stored! The footage was clear and well preserved.

The described cost at the beginning did not accurately reflect the final cost.

I was pleased with the IMemories experience. It was easy and straightforward. Turnaround time was quick. I would give 4.5 stars for 2 reasons. 1) I wish you could have ability to view on TV app without paying monthly fee and 2) return postage of almost $25 was a lot
