All of my formats were converted as promised and I have been able to download them successfully. I plan on keeping them on the cloud for sharing for the time being but I also now have them on my computer forever. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with iMemories. I had a mixture of Hi8s, DVDs and VHS tapes that I needed converted to digital format so I researched a few different companies that offered this service. I chose iMemories because it offered what I needed at a very competitive price. Boy did it ever deliver! I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to digitize their old memories.

I am happy to have my videos converted to digital, but it is also somewhat confusing when trying to download them to my own device. Sometimes only a part of the recording downloads, and I cannot see any progress bar to judge what is going on. This aspect of the service could use some improvement, but the overall result is very good. And the customer service is certainly responsive and wants to be helpful.

The download function was a little clunky, otherwise generally satisfied.

Have sent lots of different media to IMemories! Had photos, slides, tapes, etc and all have been digitized and stored successfully. Always get the originals back within days. Still have more to send….

Videos were converted quickly to digital format. It's been fun seeing there videos I no longer had access to until now.

I wanted to have this video on a USB port and it never came. I only received it in an email and have it on my desktop.
Can you please provide it to me on a USB port? I thought that that was one of my selections.
