This whole experience of converting many of our VHS tapes and a few photos to digital was surprisingly simple and quick. I am really relieved to have these priceless memories preserved in a way that can be viewed by my family.

My kids were born before everything was online, so it's so fun to have their videos converted so I can watch them as often as I want. I highly recommend using iMemories!

Overall this was a great experience. I did not receive the usb flash drive. When will it be available.

My father filmed time with our relatives and vacations in the late 1950's. After he passed, I wanted to share them with my brother and others. Thank goodness for iMemories. They converted a VHS tape I had from numerous, family film reels to digital quickly and perfectly. Thank you iMemories!

Overall I am very pleased, however alittle disappointed in the quality. I thought they could lighten and adjust the tracking in home movies. A few of them was so dark they are unwatchable. I am unable to watch them before I send. But I do appreciate the service.

Customer service and communication has been great. Some tapes had tracking that weren't adjusted. Upon emailing the company, I got a quick response and they said they would review and correct the files requested. One tape was supposed to be our daughter's wedding, but they found 45 seconds of setting up only that still costs $14.99.

I converted 18 Hi-8 cassettes to digital and have them on your cloud service. I had been unable to view these tapes for 20 years because the Sony HI-8 cam died and all the Ebay replacements I tried were worthless. With your service I now have access to them again. My mother and father passed away 25 and 22 years ago, I never thought I'd hear their voices again this side of the next life. I don't know if more tears were shed over that or the clips of my two year-old son chattering away as he chased his cat all around the room. This has really improved my outlook on life quite a bit. Thanks

The video we converted was of family home/travel experiences all of which were about 70 years in the past (early 50s). Having a chance to see these and share them with younger generations was wonderful.
