As most people are hesitant to send out original photos and videos, including me, but IMemories has been very professional and all of my original photos and videos have been FedEx'd back to me in a very timely manner.

It's hard to trust your most precious memories are being captured properly as you send your VHS tapes or whatever off to iMemories. But they nailed it! Everything was trackable. Their communication upon receipt of my tapes, as well as production processes were continually updated. The actual digitized files were done so well and easily accessibe from so many various sources. My family was absolutely thrilled! My grown children shared the movies with their kids and everyone has gotten a beautiful gift of memories! SO much better than those tapes just sitting my a cabinet collecting dust! THANK YOU iMEMORIES!

I'm am taken back by the cost of all of this and then to not have it kept forever without paying you monthly is just absurd!

Great and easy experience, i would highly recommend everyone to organize their old video and share with family.

The entire process was very easy. I received my box and shipped my tapes. I then got confirmation that the items were received. I think it may have only taken about 3-4 weeks until I was notified that I was able to digitally review. And the fun began. My tapes were then shipped back to me timely.

Some of our videos were fine but not all. I realize this depends on the quality of the original tape but the prices are high and should be adjusted for the results.

I cannot imagine receiving better results, faster turnaround, or more attentive Customer Service than that which has been my experience with iMemories.
They make it SO easy, and the 50%-off promotional rate helped a lot too.
Within 3-days of arrival in AZ, all but two of the twenty-six VHS-C tapes we sent had been analyzed, digitized, and uploaded to the Cloud whereby we were able to enjoy them immediately. The remaining two required "special processing" which took a few days more (no extra charges incurred).
Full access over SmartPhone, SmartTV, PC, and the ability to share with others via the iMemories App.

It's been amazing watching all of our old family videos. I'm so glad I sent them when I did! Some of the video has degraded enough that, if I had waited, they would've been lost forever.

Editing - It would be helpful if there were videos explaining how to edit.

Seems like everything came out ok, but it took forever to even get a status email. Then I got one email saying one video was ready, but none after that, no follow up or "Hey we just uploaded 2 more" I had to go into it myself every few days to see if there was anything else loaded.
Cost for a digital upload (and only digital) is high (IMO) and the constant "your digital is ending soon" is annoying - I already spent $400, why would I spend another $20 (plus shipping) for 22 more videos on a dvd, I can do that myself. Overall it was fine, but I don't think I'd do it again
