It took longer than I expected to get the box to mail it in, which then made me have to rush my order, which then made the cost higher than expected.

The iMemories process is so simple and exciting, I'd recommend it as the best way to convert your tapes to digital. They send you a box full of packing materials to send your tapes in - I trusted then completely and my digitized videos were perfect.

I thought that iMemories would improve the quality of my 8mm movies, they really didn't improve the quality. While it's nice to have them available on line for family, I wasn't impressed with the final product.

I chose imemories after looking into local options and finding good reviews and lower prices.

Sent 40 old vhs-c and mini dv tapes to be converted. Unfortunately they did not repair the two that were broken, surprisingly. However the ones they did convert were great. Some quality issues but overall a good experience for a good price with coupon. Everything was returned in excellent condition. Just wasn't happy they covered my labels with their own codes so now I can't view which tape is which.
