Overall a good service that does what they promise at a decent price. I misunderstood some of the "rules" and a couple of my videos could not be converted. With a single email to customer service that share of my charge was refunded. I just wish their disclosures were a little more clear so I didn't bother sending those in the first place.
I sent my video tapes without knowing anything about I-memories using blind faith. I was satisfied that the process was done in as promised. My daughter will now be sending her tapes to be digitized.
