Overall a good service that does what they promise at a decent price. I misunderstood some of the "rules" and a couple of my videos could not be converted. With a single email to customer service that share of my charge was refunded. I just wish their disclosures were a little more clear so I didn't bother sending those in the first place.

I sent my video tapes without knowing anything about I-memories using blind faith. I was satisfied that the process was done in as promised. My daughter will now be sending her tapes to be digitized.

The digitization came out perfect. I was afraid that the original video tape had deteriorated such that I would not be able to have a digital copy. Thank you for redoing it knowing that the original digitization had been unsuccessful.

The most recent round I had sent in to be digitized are 60 65 years old. To see my grand parents and my dad and aunts so young, ahhhh my heart, priceless!

The service did what was described. I wish the UI for downloading photos was a bit better. It's not obvious how you can download them all at once.
I was also looking to not receive the physical copies back, but that wasn't an option.
Once iMemories received the photos the scanning was fast and I had no problems.

Service performed timely and my refund was processed timely for some blank tapes and ones that contained copywrited material that didn't get processed when I called.

I am beyond excited about having our family videos available digitally. So many memories that had slipped my mind brought so much joy to our lives after getting the videos converted. Thank you

I have put off digitizing my childhood memories for fear of them getting lost or ruined; and the cost. I have been very happy with the care they have taken of my reels, and the quality of their final product. It has been worth the money ( investment), and I will continue to use this company in the future!
