The process was relatively easy and something I've wanted to do for a long time. I now have the iMemories app on our tv, so we can watch old videos easily whenever we want. I can also share them with my adult children and family. Happy with the purchase!

Excellent! Second order: unable to view photos or vides in in app after this order sent to me. Prior to this, I have been able to view photos and videos in the iMemories app. Please advise.

I am thrilled at the quality of these digital files! All files are labeled as they were on the original VHS Tapes, so they are easy to catalogue. My family is so happy to be able the watch the videos on their own devices!

Our box got lost at the warehouse, and it took about six months to find them.

But they recovered our VHS wedding tapes and our mini camcorder baby videos. Priceless!

I packed up my 8 mm, videos, and video camera recordings - all from years past - in the boxes provided by iMemories. Dropped them off at the local Mailboxes and Parcel Depot; waited for email from iMemories for progress on my order or used the app to find out progress. My original movies, etc. and DVDs that I ordered were returned in a timely manner. So excited to watch! Gave me and others great pleasure to watch. I have the "share" option and have the videos on line in the app, as well. IMemories comes through with all they say they will do. The finished product is great!

The service is really convenient and worked great. The whole process is a breeze and the videos extracted from the VHS tapes are wonderful.

I cannot express in words how pleased I was with the service Imemories provided. They were able to digitize old home movies that the "other company" could or would not. Their services was prompt, their digitized videos are fabulous and the joy it brought to my heart, just watching the first one, was worth every dollar spent (and more). The videos are easy to share with family and my kids (all grown up now) have spent hours watching and just love them. I had a question with my order and they responded to me within the hour with a solution based on my satisfaction. I am so happy that I had this done! I would highly recommend anyone who has old home videos to get this done. There is nothing like hearing voices and laughter of family and friends from long ago.

Them I thought they would be on cd not viewable on the phone. I would like to have them put on them but don't know how to order.

I had sent my vhs-c tapes in to Imemories after reading the great reviews. My tapes were in very bad condition. But it had an important vacation trip from back in the early 90's. It was the last time we were on vacation with my wife's parents. Her parents are now deceased so this is a memory she wanted to cherish. Imemories did a fantastic job restoring the video to the best of their ability and we now have the video back and downloaded digitally forever to keep. Thank you Imemories we are forever grateful.

Sent them 19 vhs. They put online. I downloaded to a flash drive. They sent my tapes back. Exactly what I needed.

I am very pleased with the quality of the 8 mm movies from over 40 years ago that I received from iMemories! Brought back many memories and now those memories can be shared with others.
