We are delighted to see our grandparents in motion having only known them when we were little! What a wonderful journey down memory lane!

The process is well organized and easy to execute. We received updates during the process and an update when our videos were ready to view. We love being able to share them with our kids and grandkids online and are so glad we did this. It's not cheap, but the value of protecting our memories is priceless. Our 16 mm films were deteriorating badly so we're very glad we didn't put it off even longer than we did. IMemories did a good job working with what they had and saving our films.

Experience was good and efficient with updates to keep us informed

Moving all of the VHS tapes and old camcorder tapes was so easy with iMemories. I just put them all in their provided bags and shipped to them via their provided box. After a few weeks, all items were available digitally where I was able to download them and share with my family. It was a very easy process and the quality looks great.

I sent 19 items to imemories. I received an email telling me my order was complete and it was now in the cloud. I counted only 18. When I called to ask about it they said that one of them was not able to be read, but they didn't tell me, I had to inquire. They agreed to refund $15 for the processing of the unreadable dvd. Then, I started playing them, and on one, the picture was there but there was no volume. No matter what I did I could not get sound from the video. When I called, they told me there was an error and sent me a label to send it back and they would redo it. I was disappointed that they don't check each thing to make sure at least the picture and the volume is there before confirming that it is finished. Now, when I receive my package back, I have to resend one DVD and hope for the best. Fingers crossed!

I am so grateful for your company. Your company saved many good memories that were unwatchable because of the old VHS format. My family and I can watch out old memories whenever we choose because it's now saved on your IMemories app.

I sent my 8mm video tapes to be digitized and was thrilled to watch the videos and share them with family and friends!

My husband loved getting his old wrestling tapes digitized for Father's Day. It is a great process of being able to view them on the app and online. I was not aware of the monthly fee and feel like that could have been better communicated. The timing of getting the videos online and the originals back in my possession was a little slower than I thought as well.

Overall satisfied. Disappointed that some things couldn't be done. Due to age of item and condition.

Customer service was excellent in answering all my questions. Will definitely be doing more videos. I highly recommend.

We have put in 3 orders to date. While there have had a few issues, ( we're dealing with 8mm movie films that are ranging in age of 32 to 60 years old) the customer service team have listened to our concerns and followed through with corrections (when possible) to our satisfaction. We will be sending in our 4th order within the next month. Very happy with the results. We highly recommend iMemories to anyone looking for this type of service.

The digital memories that I could view on line were not very clear. The CDs were better.

I was surprised to learn that I need to pay to view my videos in the future or I will lose them… Is that true? Otherwise I have to pay some kind of yearly fee? I don't remember reading that when I ordered this presents a problem for me.

As most people are hesitant to send out original photos and videos, including me, but IMemories has been very professional and all of my original photos and videos have been FedEx'd back to me in a very timely manner.

It's hard to trust your most precious memories are being captured properly as you send your VHS tapes or whatever off to iMemories. But they nailed it! Everything was trackable. Their communication upon receipt of my tapes, as well as production processes were continually updated. The actual digitized files were done so well and easily accessibe from so many various sources. My family was absolutely thrilled! My grown children shared the movies with their kids and everyone has gotten a beautiful gift of memories! SO much better than those tapes just sitting my a cabinet collecting dust! THANK YOU iMEMORIES!

I'm am taken back by the cost of all of this and then to not have it kept forever without paying you monthly is just absurd!
