My parents had past and in cleaning out the family attic I came across a trove of 8mm home movie films. I contacted iMemories and discussed the possibility of digitizing the old films. The people at iMemories were most helpful in explaining what they could offer and the process of having my home movies digitized. The process was easy and the results very satisfactory. When I reviewed the digitized home movies they took me back in time to revisit with grandparents, aunts and uncles and my own parents. I can easily say that iMemories met my expectations and I recommend their services.

Excellent service and delivery to my i Memories app to see videos of my family I haven't seen in 20 years. I and all my family have enjoyed every minute of watching.

I am so happy with how my videos were transferred to digital. It's so great to easily see all the old movies in one place. I'm going to send in more videos

We had promised my mother-in-law prior to her death in December 2022 that we would attempt to digitize all her films dating back to the 1020s. We submitted more than 100 films and videos for conversion and iMemories was very prompt in getting the shipment boxes to us, sending estimates and conversion of as many films that were not corrupt. It is amazing to see all these films of my in-laws throughout the decades. We've been very pleased as has my husband's relatives with the converted films.

First and foremost, I know I took too long to digitize my old videos. They were over 20 years old so most of the quality was gone. Still, it was wonderful to see my children (now in their late 30's and early 40's) growing up and seeing videos of my parents was special, even though the videos were blurry. The service was fast, seemed like it only took about a week to complete. My only true complaint was that I had approx. 50 videos and was traveling in the Phoenix area so I physically dropped them off in a large plastic crate. I told them specifically that I did NOT want the tapes back. I was told they won't destroy them, but those left are just stored. (didn't make sense to me.) I really didn't care, just didn't want them shipped back only for me to throw them away. I also was told that they converted tape cassette recordings so I left 5 tape cassettes of interview of my grandparents, etc. I was contacted days later saying that they didn't do tape cassettes (after I had left the area, I live in California) and in order to get my cassettes back I would have to pay for shipping everything at a cost of $50! I had already spent close to $1000 for the conversion of the video tapes. I was not happy, they reduced the shipping fee to $25 that I agreed to, but what a waste of money as well as the effort to ship my large crate back to me, only for me to take out my 5 cassette tapes and throw way the rest (I did try to recycle everything). IMemories needs to make a more environmentally sound was of doing this.

I'm glad I finally converted all my media, & Imemories handled the conversion process well. My only complaint is regarding their process in allowing access to your albums. Why the extra step of 'requesting download' in order for the customer to download their movies? It's an unnecessary step. Once the media has been converted & the customer is notified they can access it on their site, that should be it. Access is not the same as downloading according to Imemories. You need to request the ability to download your albums, which shouldn't be an additional step in the process.

We had cassettes from our camcorder that were 20 years old. Our grandchildren were now grown but we didn't want to lose those precious young voices and actions. It was so easy. I placed an order, received the box and returned with my cassettes. After a quick turn around we had a family dinner and laughed watching our five grandchildren saying "No way I did that!" Thank you so much for the memories. Next for my parent's old black and white pictures!

When my other passed away, I received all of her old vhs tapes. Most didn't have labels so I sent them into iMemories. We struck the jackpot with 2 weddings, a birth, a dance recital and many great memories from years past. Thank you iMemories for this incredible journey down memory lane. Now all of the relevant family members can also enjoy these treasures.

Be prepared for tears and lots of laughs and memories. As I watched the videos, the realization of time marching on and getting older hit me. All those who have left us are now back in our front rooms. For which I am grateful.

I am very pleased with the conversion of my VHS files to digital. I was able after consulting with I Memories to download those files to my computer. I do wish I had asked for the large files to be separated, so that I could share them more easily with family; however we're working on it. I heartilhy recommend this company!

The whole experience was easy and pleasant. I ordered the kit, it came quickly and I sent out my VHS tapes. Within a few days, I was able to choose the services I wanted, pay, and a few days later I had videos to download. Awesome seeing all those young faces again!

I love being able to view my old movies again and share with my family. We all get lots of laughs together and can see the family resemblance in the grandkids and their parents.
