They came out very good. I trust them with my films.

Some of the tapes were poor quality and I know they were good when I last saw them.

I received a box in the mail, filled it with our home video tapes and took it to FedEx. Within a week my first video appeared in my account, and within three weeks the process was completed. I am very happy with this service.

I love my memories. I had not realized that to continue watching them, I would need to pay a monthly subscription fee. That was disappointing.

It was challenging to give anyone my photos, newspaper clippings, certificates, etc., to digitize as some are old and some are fragile. They turned out very well and I've had great response when sharing with family! The customer service has been incredible! I appreciate iMemories team and all they've done for me!

Super simple process. Was anxious about sending all my memories in a box to "who knows where?" but evidently it arrived. :) In 33 years, we've never watched any of the movies we shot. We're watching now!
