It would be nice to know the charges before sending in film. I sent in my films and I only knew I'm the price tk send them in. I felt deceived that the prices was inclusive to convert and send in. Then there was a cost for each set of tapes and an additional charge to be able to keep them on a stick or I would have to pay some sort of subscription. It makes sense to have the fees for what you do, however… be a little more up front about it…

I I'm very happy with the outcome!, it brought a lot of memories to me and my family, my mother passed away in April of this year 2023 and those were her greatest treasures it was my job to get them and not have them spoil to the point of not be able to see the gem

The easiest solution to converting old videos. I been just confused as to how to do so till this popped up on tick tok just in time for graduation for my Nicese. I do wish there was a way to turn in lat videos I tried to turn them all in but the most important ones wher turned in. Other then that I wish the company took PayPal as well that was the only thing I could complain about.

I had never used a zip file before and couldn't get the pictures transferred into a file that could be attached to a walmart picture order. Calling your customer service was a waste of time. I had to figure it out on my own and all it took was extracting it from the zip file into a new folder. I think it is unacceptable that something so simple couldn't have been told to me by your customer service department. I wasn't aware of "extracting" having never needed to have done it before. When I had pictures made, lots of stuff was cut off because the 4 x 6 was made making the sides the 6". I assume you would say this is walmart's issue not yours. It also took too long to get my slides back. I will cherish the pics, but overall was disappointed in the process.

I have been wanting to do this for a long time but was nervous to ship my tapes out of state. I was also worried that my tapes were damaged from years of being in storage. Imemories was amazing, my tapes were tracked every step of the way, the quality of my memories is fantastic and the whole process was super easy. I highly recommend them!

Love the easy access to these digitized memories, so much easier than discs or tapes. Have sent links to several friends and family. Most family members don't have tape or disc players anymore, so excellent for sharing old family events and celebrations.

Part of the videos are very poor quality while others are great. All videos taken with the save camcorder and stored the same. Not sure what happened here.

Sending my item to be digitized was easy. Getting it back was a long drawn out process. They changed the way I could pay for my purchase and repeatedly said my credit card wasn't valid when in fact it was. The price was jacked up from what I was originally told. After finally speaking with someone they emailed me the "videos" so I could review them. After a certain amount of time they want you to subscribe to a monthly service. NOPE! I did get back my VHS tape. Definitely not what I expected.

Very easy to work with. Everything was transferred to the app very quickly, faster than anticipated.

I recently sent valuable old VHS tapes to be converted. They had them online in a timely manner, letting me know the status along the way. I just received my originals, wrapped securely. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have sent family photos and slides. I am very pleased with iMemories and wouldn't use any other service!

With such a large order of wonderful and generational memories, I was overjoyed I could order a portion at a time instead of the entire box I had prior felt very satisfied filling!

Have not seen all the videos but the few I have seen are great! Would use them again

I sent several types of media, old Duper 8 which came back as I expected based on its age, Polavision tapes and they were a little faded. I also sent a VHS tape which was disappointing, the tracking was off for the entire film, I would have thought there was a way to adjust the tracking.
