I was tired of having all my memories stored in a box where I couldn't watch them. I'm excited to have DVDs flash drive for them.
Smooth process from order to online digital delivery
I was disappointed that I did not receive DVD copies as I ordered and I was not able to view the digitial versions either as I could not see a link or URL address to view them in.
Very easy to submit videos. Quick turnaround. Only challenge was downloading the videos onto my own cloud. Could have some better instructions, although once I ask customer service, it all went pretty smoothly. Still have not received my videos back.
Our family has very much enjoyed seeing the digital version of the Tapes and the Movies that we submitted. How special they were to see and we will be able to watch these for many years to come. Thank you for your special handling of one of the tapes that was hard to see -- you had two or three of your technicians work on it with success!

I finally sent in all of my home movies and iMemories converted them. I am so happy with the outcome. I absolutely love how they all turned out. The fact that I can now watch them online whenever and wherever I want is amazing! It is also nice to be able to share them with family.
Disappointed in the overall quality of the digital videos. Very grainy, hard to distinguish who is who. Half the tapes are ok. The other half poor quality. I will not be able to use them

My overall experience has been phenomenal. I was able to send in about 45 tapes and reels to be coverted and I've been able to watch and share with others and they feel blessed to be able to watch videos from events 20-25 years ago.
