I haven't gotten my originals back.Also few conversion were poor
I sent in five VHS tapes for conversion to a digital file, and iMemories followed my instructions exactly, delivering all files within their stated lead time. I could see status of the tapes when I logged onto my account, and they were prompt to ship the VHS tapes back to me when complete. Highly recommend!

Uptodate, 8/12/23, I am disastisfied with imemories, so far it has costed me over $400 and I haven't received anything. Let the buyer beware if you contract imemories to send you digital info. I'm told all is on the clouds, I want results at my home. I was told on 8/11/23, I would receive an E-mail indicating which tapes to return for further work to be done on them, I have not received nothing promised.

I sent in the first 15 video tapes dating back to 1989 with the birth of my first child. It was amazing to watch and share with family. The process was easy and love the app. Now I have about 40 more to go
My experience was the same as the first time I used iMemories. I am a repeat customer and I also let others know about your fast and easy service.
I was very happy with how quickly my videos were digitalized and tapes were sent back. I think the price is a little high. With the box and transfer (and a discount) it was still over $200 for 11 tapes that were not even half way full.
A few years ago I had close to eighty 8mm camcorder tapes digitized, but for some reason I recently couldn't find one of the digitized copies. I called to see if iMemories might still have a copy in the archives but apparently such files are deleted after a period of time. I sent the tape in to be digitized a second time and everything went fine, as it did several years ago. I suspect the archives would be prohibitively too large to keep, but it sure would have been nice to just access the first digital file.
The link to the videos arrived on my 31 yr old daughter's birthday. One was the recording of her birth which included her recently deceased grandmother who was present at her birth and actually cut the umbilical cord. I was able to forward to her with her morning birthday wishes. Very special!

It was so nice to send off my tapes and have them transferred with titles and everything. We found a bonus video we didn't realize we had that has brought back so many memories with people in our family who have passed away.

Seamless, Pleasant and Happy. The pictures were properly titled and chronologically arranged. The videos were easy to download and transfer to personal digital devices without flaws. Access to converted digital material was easy during complementary allotted time. Customer service was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I lost my husband 6 years ago, and now thanks to Imemories I get to see and hear his voice. I thought I would never get to watch those memories again My daughter and I watch the videos over and over
