I love that I can now share my digital memories easily with family.

All went well. Always worry about sending photos off but they were digitized, carefully packaged and sent back to me. Wish I could do all that way. Will probably do more at some point.

So far imemories has been very good for converting my family memories over the year.

Having to choose between digital and hard copy or else getting an up charge is annoying.

Every step of the process was done well and communication was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to safeguard and treasure their digital family memories!

I spoke with 2 employees both so helpful. My husband passed away so having the only pictures of our 25th anniversary, a couple birthday, a couple Christmas, and family time are a keepsake I didn't think I would see any of these again. I had forgotten what was on most of the VCR tapes

I like the services, however there were several tapes that were not digitalized due to apparently copyright issues. However, these were tapes of my father who appeared on some TV shows and I was not able to digitalize.

After my moms passing, my siblings and I found all her old film from when we're little. What a treasure to watch these precious moments and remember her.

I sent in my old videos time to have them converted into digital I must say I was amazed and unaware of the precious moments I had on those videos. It brought joy to my heart for this I say thank you.

Much of the conversion was too dark to enjoy. I would have hoped you would have noticed and made some adjustments. Unfortunately we have had a family emergency and have not had a chance to call.

While the shipping turnaround time was slower that expected, the results were fantastic! Well organized media, good quality, and easy to view.

I am impressed that iMemories could convert so many different types of tapes to digital, even some that were 25 years old. My family has had a ball viewing these old memories.

Easy to use with great service and quality. Just mail and then enjoy. Easy access on the app. Sharing with family was one of the best features.

The process was great, but the end product was unusable. I think the film was too far gone to be of any value.

IMemories converted the tapes. Some had static and could not be viewed.
