Clearing our out parent's home, we found thousands of old family photos and wanted to share them with distant relatives. This service made it easy. They did not digitize our 10mm family movies, which was very disappointing, they are after all 50-60 years old. And were not professional. This angered me. The price was also a bit high for us. Even on sale, they were $1000. I was reluctant to pay that and never would pay full price. It was time-consuming, but I would have done them at home. Overall, the quality of the pictures was good and I am glad that they are done and sent. Still waiting for the originals to return.

I was so scared to send my memories off anywhere since I had so many on the 8MM and VHS tapes however I would do this again. They converted them to digital, Im able to access online and I have my original memories back safe and sound. Thanks iMemories

They wouldn't convert my last memory of my mom on a VHS because it was a time she was on tv show, she's passed and I really would of liked that memory on something I could actually watch. They did refund that part of my money but I am sad I don't have that memory.

I was very satisfied with my experience - several of the family members from our VHS tapes have since passed so it is fabulous to be able to see and hear them again... took me back to the good ol' days! I can now share these special memories with my family and especially my children! Highly recommended.

Good result. Conversion fairly fast once company identified receipt of media. Process took a lot longer than i had imagined. Process needs a better way to track items in transit.

Great website. Waiting on originals to be returned

This took my family photos and put them all in a digital files for me in a short amount of time and easy to use downloading to my preferred storage site. Photos are high quality and resolution is improved for future printing or sharing.

I sent tapes in that were 30+ years old. Videos of my brother who passed in 89 and the birth of my son who passed in 21. I got his birth video on his birthday! Best gift ever! And it was broken when I sent it in! I was scared to send something so precious but I couldn't watch them anyway so it was worth a shot to see what they could do! 3 of the vhs were to damaged to convert. Sad but ok. Will be sending more!

I thought that since they had such high tech equipment, that the tracking issues could be fixed. I know it's probably because my tapes are so old but I still thought they would look a little better than they do. But it's ok. I know nothing can last forever. Thanks.
