Viewing materials online is great but I have not got my originals back

We wanted an easy and quick way to convert our old movies to digital format. IMemories did just that. We are very happy with the final product.

Some of my videos are distorted but they are really old. Some of the videos are missing but may not have been transferable, waiting on my shipment to return.

Happy to have my VHS memories in digital format. I haven't watches these videos in years--so fun to see them now, streaming!

My dad died when I was 15 and my brorhers were 12 & 8 years old. These old movies bring back good memories of family & friends,holidays,trips,graduations & milestone events...priceless!

IMemories is very efficient at receiving and shipping the miniDVs. I find the website difficult to order the service and figure out what I need due to my inexperience in this area. Once something goes into the cart it can not be edited? I thought I would need to have thumb drives returned but have not. I believe my video tapes have all the information from the miniDV. I was surprised that there were multiple videos provided rather than only one. I am still evaluating but suspect multiple videos may work out. I am happy overall even though I am not sure what the cost will end up being.

I thought for thousand dollars my tapes would be cleaned up and get something physical to have not just free cloud for 30 days and anything more I have to pay even more

I Sent 20 tapes, small cassette NBC are plus one desk all were transferred over and I was able to download them to my PC and also to a flash drive very happy with the service! The quality on some of the downloads it's not great but I think that's due to the quality of the tapes them selves. So glad I did it! We can now see Videos that we haven't looked at any over 25 years

I haven't received my original VHS tape back and when I watch it online it's not one continuous video it's broken down into different sections so i can't watch it as one continuous video

My experience with iMemories was exceptional. The company provided the materials needed to ship the items and did updates via email.

Recently we decided to see if we could find a way to have our Hi-8 tapes digitized. After quite a bit of research, we found iMemories and are so thankful we did. I am a senior, and from my first phone call, their Customer Service Team helped steer me through the process of getting our precious memories digitized. We are very pleased with the end result and what a pleasure to be able to see them on our devices and share them with friends and family. We highly recommend iMemories and thank them for their excellent service.

Just disappointed that you couldn't convert all my video files so I can see them. You say it's to protect your self from virus but I would think in your business you would know how to get around that. Anyway, my customer service representative was nice so there's that.

The process was quite straightforward. We have now downloaded our memories onto our own harddrive and can easily share them with our children and grandchildren.

I was pleased with my first experience with iMemories. It was a smooth process and the results were excellent!
