Was not happy with quality - but might just be because age of slides

Just ship them in and view on your device. It's awesome to see these memories instead of looking at them in a tote box

I memories did an amazing job. I am worry free with all the mini DVs and VHSs I had at home.
I memories are very methodical, very organized, customer friendly with an excellent/ amazing job done with the stored memories. My children keep watching them over and over.

A little pricey but does the job precisely and hope it lasts!

I sent in my VHS recording of my wedding that happened in 2000. Unfortunately, the audio wasn't great & the quality wasn't clear, like I expected. When I viewed it on VHS it was good, I just thought with the technology we have today--it would have been better quality. I kind of was bummed. But that was my expectation.

I've wanted to digitize our old home videos for years. IMemories made the process super convenient and we love watching our old selves now.

I know costs on everything has skyrocketed, but I was still very surprised at the cost of converting these films to digital. Overall, I am glad I did it, but it will be quite awhile before I will be able to use this service again, cost being the major factor. Also, it is probably me, but I am having a tough time downloading my movies to my desktop.

Once I received my box, instructions were clear, easy to package my films and videos. Everything was easy.

Everything was great and as expected! Work done timely and well!
