The process was extremely efficient and straightforward. I received my package, sent in the tapes and received confirmation fairly quickly they they were received. Within days I had my videos available to watch. Once they were complete, I received my tapes back in the mail.
I am in the process of sending more.

I was pleased by how smoothly the process went, and I'm glad to have excellent scans of the negatives.

This was a great service, however, it could have been made more clear at the time of purchase that I would only have the online access for a limited time, and then would have to pay monthly if I wanted to keep it. The cost of conversion is steep, and should cover all of it.

I cannot recommend this service enough! Great quality, quick turn around time, and easy to use. I took all my Mom's VHS tapes from when I was a baby, and sent them to IMemories. She cried and said this was the best gift she has ever received

It was so great seeing family memories from years ago on my computer screen at the click of a button. The process was easy and customer service was helpful. I'm so happy that I chose them.

Two of my videos were a little grainy and jumpy, but iMemories took immediate action to review them.

IMemories is very organized and it's overall easy to do. I also appreciated the updates once my order was received & processed. I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the videos, but I assume that was because of the poor tape quality, but I am not sure.

I love your company and have used your service before. I realize you are not magicians and can only work with what you have. My only complaint is, I wish the blank footage would be removed and not be part of the film that is visible. Its a waste of time and money to be charged for footage that is blank. Can they do something about this?

I know the video cassettes were old but no note or email telling me the transfers would be very poor quality.

Receive boxes, pack items, take to delivery service. On line receipt of images even one tape that was impossible to view. They could have stopped taping and notified me of damaged item. Received items back.

IMemories made the process of converting my home videos quick and painless. I am very pleased with the process and will definitely be using them to convert the rest of my videos.

Website and ordering were a little confusing. I paid for the box to come and be returned and then converting the items was so much each and then the dvd on top of that added up to more than I expected. I did not convert all my items and had them returned.
