Waiting now to receive the films, etc (originals) back. Sent my memories in and was pleased with speed and results of imemories.

What a delight to view videos taken when my children were little, they are now in their 30's!
Due to the evolution of formatting, I no longer had access to see these precious movies.
IMemories gave me those precious memories back to enjoy with my family.

I recently sent in DV Mini tapes to be digitized. They all looked pretty good, but there was sound issues with two of the tapes. I reached out to customer services, which they responded within 2 days. I'm good with that, they were helpful and said they would look into the sound issue with the two tapes. They did happen to fix the audio issue, but never let me know they fixed them. Not a big deal, but I finally am able to download the files and can't download them (they aren't ready for download) it says. IDK, I am glad they were able to digitize these precious albums, but for the amount of $$ I paid... I expected a much more professional experience.

It was easy to request the box and send the materials to get converted. Great experience overall and worth the money.

In general, I am very pleased with your work. All my old VHS tapes were digitized well and I am working to edit them with iMovies. My only question has to do with returning the old VHS tapes, which I understood would be happening after digitizing. I still have not received them.

Happy that the turnaround was quicker than I expected and what I read. Was disappointed about the quality of one 8video copy. The original did not appear to have the static issues.
