IMemories kept me posted about the digitalization process as well as the receiving and sending back of my old VHS tapes. The website and app are easy to use. The best part: I loved being able to share the digitalized memories with my extended family. In a family group text, one of my nephews said "Wait til you hear Granny's voice for the first time on one of the videos!" "This deserves a bigillion emojis!"

This company fails to let customers know that there is a monthly fee associated with the conversion if you don't get the usb drive or download the video/ photos on your own. Video replay is poor at best, system frequently freezes.
When i sent in my vhs tapes i didnt even know what was on them! The minute i started watching them when i got them back i cried and cried! Loved having those memories on my phone now!

Then 30 plus's dollars for you to send me a box.
450 dollars for you to develop the videos ( the tape where not full small videos)
Then you ask for more money to put on memory stick or cd. Really!
Don't you think is a bit expensive?
You should tell people before the start invest time and money how much... give or take is going to be.
Let them decide if I want this to be done or not.
At the end of all this I end up copy all the file online to drop them on my desktop.

I would have been happy if I'd been told that the quality of my original products were so bad they shouldn't have been digitized. It was money wasted.
I had several tapes that could not be digitized. I should have had a larger refund. My other tapes were fine being viewed on my tape on tv but were very blurry and alot of moving and shaking when digitized. I hesitated to order them on drives.
This process was so easy! I received my digital images within 24 hours of them receiving my package. The images were beautiful!

The materials were just too old. They were cloudy, some you could barely decipher, and some were odd colors. I will not be doing this again because for me it was a waste of money.

I am actually astounded by the iMemories commitment to service. I ran into some copyright issues and the folks at iMemories went out of their way to help figure out how to proceed. And now I have hours of memories beautifully preserved for my family to treasure long after I have departed this Earthly plane. Big smiles all around. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
