It was confusing to me, to understand the process of when I should expect to be able to access my memories (they were sent in separate batches) and when the "clock started clicking" in terms of the 30 days I had to be able to access them on the cloud and download the way I wanted them. I have also not received my originals back yet

No one told me it comes on my computer and not on a DVD, I found out later. No one told me I had to subscribe to keep them. Until I called in and found out I could download it to a DVD myself. I guess you did as good as you could with 30-year-old tapes. Thank you for that.

I've wanted to do this for a long time. The process was easy, we love looking at these memories we haven't see for a long time and it was reasonably priced!

So awesome to be able to view my VHS that I saved from high school! I was finally able to share these past experiences with my classmates and they were all in awe!

I was truly amazed at how well it was converted. In addition, fixing the broken VHS tape was also a surprise that I appreciated a lot.

Process was pretty easy and quick. The cost was reasonable, but it's great to be able to view twenty and thirty year old videos again!

Happy w how most of my videos came out. Some are hard to see but most likely because they were more than 35 yrs old.

It was a little confusing for me. I had to call often. Every time I called, someone helped me though. Last person was very helpful; and I was very frustrated. All turned out well. I am pleased and will do more business with i memories.
