I was so happy showing my daughters my dance recital videos now that they both dance as well. They were also thrilled to see footage of my Quinces! So fun to sit and watch these memories with them.

The staff at this business are extremely disrespectful and very rude. When I was trying to get information about my subscription, since all of my videos had been deleted from my app, the woman on the other end of the phone seem to have an out for me from the very beginning, and was very hostile. I will make for sure I let everyone in my friend and family group know not to use them. It turns out that after I spent $200 to get all of my videos digitalized, they delete all of them after a year without anyone's knowledge. I had no idea that I had to renew a subscription until the horrible woman I was speaking to head let me know..

Quite pleasant and easy. IMemories sends the box with the FedEx label. You send it back to them with the video tapes. After a few days it's on line. Pretty cool.

The whole process was easy and viewing and sharing the digital files has been great.

I sent in 3 vhs tapes of family videos. I am happy to have them transferred to digital but was disappointed about the quality. I assumed that iMemories had the ability to actually adjust the noise and any screen distortion from older tapes. I guess not because some places are pretty rough to watch.
I found it very expensive for only paying to transfer from one media to another and not doing any clean up at all.
