I wasn't able to convert my vhs tapes because they said they were copyrighted. So it was a waste of time and money to send

Thanks for the great job. The videos came out great! My family enjoyed watching them. I loved your 30 day free download and online site. It is so convenient to download the app on my smart tv and watch on my big screen. It is awesome and easy to use. I probably will use them again.

I submitted 10 VCR tapes, not knowing exactly what was on them. I have 4 digitized on the site of the 10 VCR tapes. I had to inquire why they didn't digitize the other 6. (Found out they had copyright info on those 6 from recording TV shows, etc. after I asked.) I would like to have been told there were only going to be 4 and why the other six couldn't be digitized.

I was disappointed in the amount of slides/dvds I sent and the amount and quality I received back. Also even with 1/2 off the price, it was expensive. It was also unclear that I was paying $14.99 to have the materials shipped to me so I could pack up my slides/dvds., when it was advertised as "free shipping". I must have missed the fine print.

My videos were almost unwatchable they were so degraded - I don't know why they would all be like that. Also, their website is TRASH and I can't even get into it half of the time! I can't access my stupid videos that I paid WAY TOO MUCH FOR. Absolute garbage service. Hate it. Regret my life choices that led me to this place.

I have converted lots of old videos to digital. It is so fun to have access to them on my phone! And I have had awesome help from customer service multiple times.

They sent a box, I sent the videos, and they digitized them. An easy process. Website is easy to use.:They sent back the tapes per my request. Would recommend.

The only complaint I have is how long the process took-making back and forth was very slow-otherwise the i memory experience was good

It was wonderful seeing our parents again. Like a gift from God, I thank you. My only complaint was I thought i was ordering DVDs. So we got the digital which was confusing to older people. Then I kept getting messages that my free trial was going to expire soon. I thought that by paying a little over $200 this would be ok, but now I have to pay 50. Dollars every yearin order to watch them. I'll live with this but after a couple of years this can get pretty expensive.

While disappointed in amount of movies that were salvageable iMemories did everything they said they would do. The photos on the DVD is a nice touch.
