Our tapes and dvd were anywhere from 20-30 years old. The quality of the digital transfer was beyond our expectations. It made us extremely happy and able to enjoy them now and the lifetime of our children. Their price is reasonable and they were also quite timely in completing the job. We would highly recommend iMemories!

The fact that you need to download and pay to have storage is hidden in the fine print. Also, takes a long time between request to download and the ability to do so.

I placed my order and right afterward I realized I'd forgotten to use my 50% off code. Being on a fixed income I was just sick about it and left desperate messages on voicemail and email begging for a response. No one ever got back to me despite the claim the claim of a quick response!

I am completely satisfied with my experience with iMemories. I sent in 5 VHS tapes to be converted and they did a beautiful job. I really appreciate that I was able to share the links online for 30 days, so my friends and family could download and keep the files forever, too.
I wasn't sure if they would be able to convert the tape from 1985, but they did! Now I can show my child their mother in Kindergarten. It's thoroughly hilarious.

Process to mail in cassettes was simple and straightforward. I received notice they were transferred and was able to watch recordings I have not seen in over 10 years, as my recording/playback camera was broken! Thank-you for bringing our memories back to us!

So super easy. Mail them in, they send you a price and a few weeks later you have them uploaded into the cloud to view or download.

We have 8mm film, VHS tapes, precious handwritten letters from relatives who have already passed and many other pictures. Some of the pictures were fading, letters turning yellow with age, and tapes but no machine to view them with! IMemories turned our old videos into digital format. Now, we can review them at our leisure!
