I have been very happy with the service I have had with iMemories. I had my digital copies in less than 3 weeks. My first copy in a week. Any questions I have they are more than happy to help me. They walked me through anything I didnt understand and now I've been able to share with other family members. This is such a fantastic idea to relive past memories.

The service was excellent, but the quality of the digitized VCR tapes was no better than what I was able to do on my own computer at home.

I have heard of companies that preserve photos and videos, but I have always been too afraid of shipping them off and then possibly losing them forever. I wish I would not have waited. I have had the best experience with iMemories. I have recently received my first order and getting ready to place another order, until I have digitized/preserved every one of my videos. I have enjoyed watching and sharing the videos with my adult sons and other family members. If you have not started, do it. You will not be disappointed.

I was a little hesitant to send my families videos out to get converted because I was not sure I would get them back. I read reviews and decided to go ahead with it. I received my digital videos within 2 weeks and I was so happy. I was able to see videos that I hadn't seen for almost 20 years. Thank you iMemories for giving me my memories back. I love this service.

The videos turned out good for the most part, with the exception of one which had terrible audio. Imemories redid the video and it was much better.

I had lots of questions of how I Memories took out useless blank spots on VCRs and kept the good parts to view.

I paid a lot of money to have my videos converted to digital. I am frustrated because I can't understand how to save them to usb. When I click on usb, it says I will have to pay $59.99 plus shipping. Does that mean imemories will put it on a usb and send it to me? I just want to transfer the digital videos to my own usb. I don't want to have to pay a yearly fee to have them stored on imemories. I just want them on my own device.

Your customer personnel were joyful, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to share with me all the answers to my varied questions. Of note was one tape was converted poorly. I believe it was Tracy? That helped me by getting it redone. Not only did your personnel get the quality of the tape back, but, two different track meet events that were not initially copied were retrieved and recorded. They were my sons two best races his senior year of high school. So, thank you for a job well done.

I'm glad I did this but I am having a problem with downloading my files to my PC. They fail numerous times which requires you to restart them. So far I've only converted a few because of the time it takes to download. I had to purchase their cloud so I have time to download them all.

Only finished one box but so far very pleased. Trip down family memory row! Hope to send another box and try this process again. The discount was a great incentive to get started. Thank you imemory staff!
