From beginning to end, iMemories have been so great! I love our digital memories, we saw videos we haven't seen in many years, and family who have since passed on. We love everything about them, and will recommend them to anyone!

I was astounded by how easy this process was! I love having my videos at my fingertips.

The sound quality is very poor. We could barely hear any of it. But the video transfer was done well and overall very pleased, though the price is quite high.

I sent 8 VHS tapes and they successfully converted them all and the quality was as good as can be expected. I also received all the tapes back!

The tracking on the video needed adjusted,
Not sure if they fixed it. It doesn't look like it was repaired.

It was all very easy to complete and turned out just as I was promised it would. Given the quality and professionalism, it was worth every penny and my wife and I plan on sending in more pictures as soon as possible.

I had tons of very old home movies with no way to ever see them. Now I just have to open my phone or computer to as them. It's incredibly easy. They are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. You are constantly updated.

Make sure you take advantage of code offers. It can be very expensive without using them

I recently inherited box after box of Hi8 tapes from my parents. I was able to digitize some myself, but I trusted the most cherished ones to imemories. They did a great job. Some of the tapes were no longer usable, but that is a storage problem not an imemories problem…just a heads up to customers that if it's not playable there's nothing they can do about it.

Such a wonderful and easy experience, working with iMemories brought back a lot of memories, and so wonderful to share with my family and relive the special moments with them!

My Father passed away and we found multiple VHS and VHS-c tapes when cleaning out the house. Sent 5 of them to iMemories to test the process and have digitized. Two of them were videos of my wedding from 1994. We did not have a device to play the videos on. Reached out to imemories inquiring if they could look at them to see if they were duplicates and was told I would be able to do that and select the medium to download them to once digitized. That of course came with additional fees. Some of the videos ended up being very short and of poor quality with static. Of course, they still cost the same to digitize as a much longer video. For this reason, I'll be pursuing doing this myself as I have 30 additional vhs-c tapes in my library still to accomplish. Recommend more hands on customer service between the customer and your worker to work through these issues prior to digitizing to improve the user experience.
