I had tons of very old home movies with no way to ever see them. Now I just have to open my phone or computer to as them. It's incredibly easy. They are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. You are constantly updated.

Make sure you take advantage of code offers. It can be very expensive without using them

I recently inherited box after box of Hi8 tapes from my parents. I was able to digitize some myself, but I trusted the most cherished ones to imemories. They did a great job. Some of the tapes were no longer usable, but that is a storage problem not an imemories problem…just a heads up to customers that if it's not playable there's nothing they can do about it.

Such a wonderful and easy experience, working with iMemories brought back a lot of memories, and so wonderful to share with my family and relive the special moments with them!

My Father passed away and we found multiple VHS and VHS-c tapes when cleaning out the house. Sent 5 of them to iMemories to test the process and have digitized. Two of them were videos of my wedding from 1994. We did not have a device to play the videos on. Reached out to imemories inquiring if they could look at them to see if they were duplicates and was told I would be able to do that and select the medium to download them to once digitized. That of course came with additional fees. Some of the videos ended up being very short and of poor quality with static. Of course, they still cost the same to digitize as a much longer video. For this reason, I'll be pursuing doing this myself as I have 30 additional vhs-c tapes in my library still to accomplish. Recommend more hands on customer service between the customer and your worker to work through these issues prior to digitizing to improve the user experience.

Send your memories in and watch them online! There were videos I had never watched from 25 years ago.

Some of my cassettes were not digitized and I was not told why? Can you tell me?

Experience was good. Quality of videos were terrible. They were high school football tapes and you cannot even make out football or players numbers.

I was disappointed that somenof my VHS tapes were not able to be digitized due to copyright, bur customer service was very responsive and helpful.

I was able to get help with questions over my iPhone If my wait time was long, they always got back to me in a timely fashion. Very cooperative. I would recommend them to family and friends. I am enjoying accessing family films I was unable to watch for years.

It was a simple thing to place an order, send in our slides, and receive the digital pictures back. I plan to send in more slides and will then order a USB Drive with all on it.

I wasn't sure about trusting our precious video tapes outside of our house, but from the packaging to the tracking all the way to their safe return, iMemories made it safe and easy.

This company does a wonderful job! I was able to share a video with one of my daughter's friends. She let us know that it is the only video she has of her childhood. What a special opportunity to share!
