Very easy process, with excellent result. I have recommended imemories to friends.

I'm happy with my choice. I came across 5 old camcorder tapes but no longer had a camcorder that I could check them on. So I sent them into iMemories to digitize. Unfortunately, it turns out three of the tapes were blank, which was quite disappointing, but hardly the fault of iMemories. Even with only two tapes digitized, that's three hours of memories they delivered.

Easy shipping, a little disappointed with the quality of viewing. I guess I thought there would be more editing.

They were very easy to work with and I am very happy with my family movies. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very skeptical sending all my tapes away for digital conversion but did a lot of research into several companies and Imemories was the most convincingly reliable. That is absolutely true- shipping, conversion, and viewing were all very easy and quick. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Had to pay for the handling of empty boxes to ship of my pictures as well as then the cost of having them retired on top of the digitalization of my products. Over all I would do more shopping and it would have been better received if the price and expense was upfront

IMemories was super simple and did a great job converting 16 items. Everything was completed in less than 3 weeks and all of my original tapes/film were returned safely. My family has already enjoyed watching the videos. It's like a time capsule from the past. One tiny improvement could be if the lighting on videos could be adjusted, as one of mine came out a bit dark. Not a big deal though. If not for imemories, my tapes/films would be collecting dust on a shelf. My only regret is I did not do this while my parents were still with us. They would have loved it. Don't wait, do it today! Thank you for making my memories come back to life again!

My parents had about 60 8mm video tapes. My father would always have his camera at every family event, vacation or holiday. These tapes are 25- 35 years old. They wanted to have them converted and we were trying to get a 8mm video player. My mom than passed away last year. I saw Imemories and my father and I sent some of the videos to them. It was the best thing I ever did! What great memories! Seeing and hearing my moms voice, such a wonderful thing. We enjoyed them so much we sent in more videos. I shared a video with my cousin. She called to thank me because she said she hadn't heard her fathers voice in 27 years. So many laughs and tears! Thank you Imemories!

Thanks so much iMemories, a very straightforward and timely process. My vhs had a bit of tape at the beginning that was somewhat damaged yet iMemories was able to work with it anyway, sending me a note it was being put on special equipment without extra charge. So happy to have some cherished memories preserved.

If you received a disc which has 10 minutes or less and you copy 90 minutes, there is no way for me to know that most of the upload is blank. You copied various defective DVD's that I paid to upload almost nothing. Can someone please call to discuss this.

I had five or six VHS tapes to transfer to digital. It's scary to send them off to a business and worry that they might get ruined or never show back up. Eye memories did the best job. My kids enjoyed looking at them and it was an easy inexpensive way to show the memories again.

My gma passed. In grief, my mom claimed all my gma's old home videos without a plan for them to store them away. I managed to talk her into letting me turn them digital for her. I am too busy with my job so I sent the old VHS tapes to iMemories. The process was smooth and quick. Now I have the greatest family treasure and can't wait to show my mom and the whole family the digital videos at Christmas.
