I was pleased with the quality, but wish there was a way to edit. There are parts of the video that I did not want.
Also, I am not technically great. I need to transfer the videos from my iPad because they take up too much room. How do I transfer them to my laptop?

I sent my photos and slides in 6 separate ziplock bags with specific names and dates to identify each bag. When they were digitally released to me they were all identified by my specifications. Made it very easy for me to identify and share them. Thank you. Highly recommended.

It's pretty expensive so I only converted some this time and hope for a 50% off deal again so I can do the rest.

The only reason they didn't get 5 stars, is prices weren't really upfront. It felt like every step of the process, had a fee or potential fee. You send away for the box, for a fee, then once they have your videos, they tell you the cost to digitize. Then you could potentially get charged again, if you don't want ( or know how) to download from the app. They did a wonderful job, I just wish it was a more transparent fee structure from the start. I wish I knew each tape would be x price start to finish.

This is just a tool to digitize videos - it does not restore old videos. If the videos are dark and hard to see then the digitized version is dark and hard to see. I wish that you could get a preview before paying to digitize a video that is to dark to see.

IMemories was right on schedule. They did exactly what they promised and everything went smooth. I have enjoyed logging in and seeing all the footage. I'd use them again.

It was a very easy process and helpful people to chat/ email with if questions arise.

The whole process was very easy! I feel that a flat fee per video tape is not always worth it. I had a few video tapes that had less than 15 minutes of content (but we are unable to watch them before sending them in to determine if they are content "worthy" of digitizing).

From beginning to end, iMemories took great care to ensure that our experience was smooth and positive. The first batch of our home videos from childhood is now digitized, organized, and easily accessible to our whole family. And the turnaround was so fast! We will be sending in more tapes for conversion soon!

I was kept well informed of every step. Less than a week after they receive the video until they were posted online. Comment is that there is no guide to Work with the videos that you get there should be some kind of manual. Could not find one online to help guide me through the process. It was kind of figured it out myself although I did call and someone walked me through the first time it was still many videos later that I felt comfortable with the process

I enjoy watching the movies. I plan to send more to be converted. Is a special going to happen soon?

I had a very successful experience. The digitized videos were what I remembered were on the VHS tapes and it's great to have them now to view anytime I want. Pricing was reasonable and process was efficient.

All was as expected, all went perfectly! The box was big enough. I started getting downloads in a few days and was delighted to keep getting more over several days.
