IMemories was quick to digitize my memories, but they don't do any sort of review of materials or editing for quality, darkness, etc., which was extremely disappointing. The editing feature is also basic; only allows you to trim a video or cut a video into two. No other features to be able to edit the video. Overall, I'm glad I have my memories now digitized, but I wish I'd done more research to find a service that took more time to review the materials, created albums that made sense with like materials (i.e., same year, etc) together, enhanced the videos where they were too dark, and didn't send a bunch of video files that are basically chopped in the middle of scenes. I'm also finding it very hard to find where I can cancel my subscription, which I'm sure if purposeful since they don't want you to cancel.

Depends on how well your tapes, etc. are. They did a great job on mine, which were old vhs tapes.

I sent 3 tapes. They were converted and returned in a fast time. Will use them again.

I sent in quite a few tapes to be converted to digital. It was so fun looking back at old family memories. I can't wait to send in the next round.

This is a great service and exactly what my family and I needed after losing so many of our loved ones.

I researched many companies and found imemories to be the best option for me. Mostly I loved the quick turnaround. Other companies stated that it would take 10 -12 weeks. Imemories was 2 weeks.

Only issue was that I was surprised there was a subscription fee on the website so I must have missed that when I placed my order. It makes sense that there is a fee and it is reasonable so I'm not too upset.

I've had such a great experience transitioning our home videos to a digital format. This has been a sweet walk down memory lane!

I also use a different storage company for my still photos. But I use imemories.com for converting old VHS's to digital, because it's less expensive than the competitor.

So happy to have done thus and to not have lost my memories!

I easily digitized boxes of old photos and sent them out to all my siblings. I highly recommend it.

The process was much simpler than I imagined. They send a box, you fill it up and send it back, they work their magic and return your box contents AND your digital gems! The hardest part was letting go of my tapes. But I got them all back safe and sound.

I have had lots of pictures and dvds converted to digital and usb by imemories and have been completely satisfied. I think over 600 pictures have been digitalized by imemiries for me. Best quality and great service. I love the way you ship to them and they track the packages and I have never lost anything. I always feel my precious pictures and dvds are completely safe by the tracking and packaging of everything

I needed to get my videos digitized before they fell apart. My videos were 30 years old. I was able to ship them with iMemories easily and they had them converted in about 4 days after receiving them. I was happy to see them and able to edit them onto DVDs, which I received in less than a week. Good job!

I thought digitalization would make the old film better. It didn't but they are preserved until such time that everything digital gets much better.

I've been hesitant to send priceless videos... but, I tried out an order with 20 tapes (of different formats) and they were great. So, I shipped another 20 and got them back in record time. I plan on sending more.

This was such a great investment to not only memories from the past but also making more memories as we watch them and laugh and remember and sometimes even cry. It was worth every penny. And customer service was topnotch.

I was very worried my memories (both on VHS and DVD) would be lost due to aging. Now that I can see them digitally, I am so happy and thankful! They can be viewed over and over by my kids, my grand kids, and the generations to come. Thank you so much I Memories!
