I sent in 25 tapes and they were converted to digital and I am grateful I only got to view them for 30 days after paying $14.99 per tape. I thought it was a little expensive to have to continue to pay to view them online so I ended up ordering a USB which was right at $100 You would think that being this expensive they would include the USB. I plan on ordering again but I have to get my money up after all. This is over $500 but I'm grateful to have my memories. Thank you!

This year, I decided to do a project for my children to digitalize old videos from their early years, and create an album on an external drive. Best money I have ever spent. They can watch a few videos at a time, delete what they do not want, and just look back from time to time to remember how much fun we had as family. Not only did we see great-grandparents they had never met, but pets we had adopted, parties/celebrations, holidays, etc. Just beautiful.

Wanted to get these VHS tapes converted before Christmas as a present for my wife. Everything was done in 3 weeks!

I have watched some of the videos. Some are great, a few do not have sound. I do not know if that is an issue with the original tape or conversion. I also have an issue where the video suddenly stops and there is a screen saver (large whale jumping out of the water). I cannot easily get out of the video and when i do i have to restart from the beginning, then look for the spot it stopped.
I will be contacting customer service to see if they can assist with this issue.

I converted VHS tapes that had been laying around for years. I'm glad I finally got to them as the tapes were beginning to degrade so they would have not been as clear had I waited any longer.

So special to protect and enjoy old VHS from my childhood and film reels from my grandparents and parents, it's so worth it!

The results were outstanding. Improved the clarity of the movies overjoyed.

My various forms of media were digitized in time for Thanksgiving. My family absolutely loved seeing never before viewed home videos. The app makes it a breeze for folks that are not tech savvy to views their pictures and videos. I also appreciated the follow up confirming that we received everything.

I am disapointed that I need to have a subscripiton in order to keep my videos "on the cloud" I do plan to start one as I didn't get to access all my video content inthe allotted time.
