The process was painless, the result was wonderful!

Process to send tapes and receive updates was excellent. Only issue I had is mini dvd's had quality issues in the digitized copy, service person explained they tend to have issues, but they didn't let me know that upfront. They are will to have me send them back and try again, but I was wondering why they didn't check them and automatically try them again when they had them.

I ordered twice to convert my VHS tapes to digital copies and I love it. All my family enjoys watching them. Even I had some movies I couldn't watch because my tape was damaged. But they fixed it and I really appreciate it. Thank you IMemories

It's nice to see my vcr videos on my phone. I love looking back 36 years ago of my wedding. I lost my husband in April of 2020 from covid so this has helped me a lot

I submitted four VHS tapes, three that I thought I knew and one unknown. I paid initially for the shipping box $18 up front. Sent my tapes in and waited. Got notification that two were valid VHS tapes that they could change to digital, and two were copyrighted and they could not copy them. I understand the copyright part but I was sure that one of those two was not a copyright issue. Called customer service, explained the situation and the representative I talked to was very nice and said he would have those two tapes reviewed again. The gentlemen did review the tapes and got back to me promptly to explain one was definitely copyrighted, however they had mislabeled the other and it was able to be processed to digital. I waited and did get my digital copies and overall I am thrilled with them. The only complaint I have is that IMemories insisted on sending my four VHS tapes back to me (even though I did not want them and said they could throw them out) and CHARGED ME SHIPPING AGAIN $18 to send them back to me. Why would I want the tapes back once they are digitally copied? The entire point of this is to not have the physical tapes anymore. I paid an extra 18$ to throw out my own tapes. I didn't see any reference in the initial paperwork that stated they would not dispose of them for me or that there was another shipping fee. Next time I find more tapes I will drive to have them digitized and not bother shipping them out. I could have saved $40 by shopping local.

Was very pleased to see these videos and dvds as I did not have the players to watch when they were made by family and friends several decades ago!

We haven't been able to watch our home videos in so long. I knew once I saw this service and the great reviews I had to try it. The process was very simple the entire time and I was kept up to date about my package for the whole transit. Being able to view our memories again, an in different forms of media, is truly wonderful!

One of my precious tapes was a 3-minute recording of me and my band performing at the local mall. Just because it happened to be recorded by the local news station you refused to digitize it, even though it was my band performing. And you didn't refund my payment for the tape you refused to digitize! So I paid for work that you never did!

It's been great. Memories have arrived in time and as expected.

The memories are SO fun to watch! I was worried at first that something would happen to the films. It was secure and worked out really well!

Sent first batch off before Thanksgiving, second batch off before Christmas, and received both back in a timely manner and was very pleased with the quality.

Pretty pricey and not what I expected! Price should be done by how long the video is, I was charged the same for a 5 minute video as a 45 minute one! I also thought you could fix the videos but this didn't happen. Glad I did it but the price was awful.
