I was very nervous sending 30 years of memories through the mail! They handled everything with care. From the safe box they send you to place them, contacting you upon receiving and updating you on the process kept my mind at ease. They took special care of tapes that were very old and were able to still make it work. My family is so happy to have these videos available on the app to watch whenever they please. It was a wonderful Christmas present for my mom!

This was so easy to do and I loved watching the old movies

The process was very easy. I was sent a label for the box that is packaged my VHS tapes in. I brought the box to FedEx. I received confirmation that the package was received. A few days later, I received tan email which contained the first download. I received all the downloads within a couple of days of each other. I was able to download them and edit them to my liking. I saved my final project to flash drives and gave them to my two adult daughters for Christmas. I highly recommend Imemories to anyone who wants to get their tapes digitized.

Was a great experience, happy customer here, the only thing I wish I would have done is done this 10 years ago as the old printed survey pictures do actually degrade overtime, im thrilled to have and share them digitally

I was very fainted by the task of digitizing all my family's vhs home videos. I chose iMemories because they were the best price I could find. I was pleasantly surprised by home quickly I got the box to ship the tapes and how quickly they were all digitized and returned. Every step of the process was great.

Easy easy easy from the beginning process to the end watching videos

IMemories sent an easy set of instructions to follow, shipping box, water-tight bags, and packing for our family videos. I collected our VHS and VHS-C tapes and sent them in. In a few weeks, they sent me a link to watch the videos. Using the iMemories site, I got all the videos in the right order, gave them titles, and ordered DVDs. Now we can view the videos online using a shareable link or with the DVDs. It's been fun reliving some old memories.

Everything worked very seamlessly as far as the ordering, and the delivery and the return of the originals. Me and my family have enjoyed reminiscing, and hearing new stories that dad can come up with concerning his slides.!

You just notify that you are interested and they send you a box. To mail back to them with your family treasures.
In a few weeks you have a complete package to view and share with everyone.

This process to get some photographs digitized was incredibly expensive starting with having to pay $15 for a box from them to send my photos in. Why not FedEx or UPS that I could arrange that was cheaper to ship. I had 50 photos to digitize and in there PR material they said the first 40 would be free. They weren't. When all was said and done the total price to get the job done was $67. Outrageous. Never again with this company. Buyer beware.

IMemories experience has been horrible. Nowhere in their website it says that the $14.99 they charge is to ship a big box and then charge separately to convert your media into a digital platform. To make matters worse, they also charge you to ship your media back. The conversion quality is also extremely poor and they don't actually give you a digital format back in the form of a CD or a thumb drive etc. They don't even mention that. They simply give you online access that is time sensitive. If you do not download the converted media, you're loss. They charge separately for thumb drives etc for your media to be recorded there. I'd never use them again.
