I still have not been able to organize them and name them. It is so confusing. And I have not shown them to my daughter yet as I don't know how to get them in the tv. I probably need an IT person to help me.

All of our tapes, except one, were transferred into nice clear digital files that were easy to play. The one that wasn't had fuzzy pink lines through it and I wasn't given any explanation as to why - unfortunately this happened to be the video of my first child taking her first steps.

It was very easy to send. I think it cost a lot for what I received. Some of the videos I received I couldn't see anything then I messed with apps on my phone and cleared pics up more. For the price iMemories could have done better.

It was great to be able to see these old Super 8 videos from so many years ago! Many of the people in these videos have since passed on. Now I have these precious reminders of beautiful memories from years ago.

Professional! Easy! Seamless! The process had no hiccups --- I gathered my media, sent it to iMemory, and a short time later (2 weeks?) I had everything uploaded. Very easy and my kids LOVE it.

The overall experience was great. The app on the television is subpar, and sometimes doesn't work. But the over product was fantastic and well organized!

Overall, I was glad I had some of my old movies digitized. I thought they could make one of my films clearer, but that was not done. It is nice to have the old films preserved, just wish it didn't cost so much. I was happy with my overall experience with it, though.

I love watching the movies of my children when they were small. The memories are priceless

So happy to have my cds and video and slides converted. Great memories of my parents (now deceased) and some happy occasions!

The videos clips were organized and converted with high quality. These were old tapes and we weren't sure of their condition, but iMemories did a great job.

I was pleased with the majority of the slides being digitized. However, there were some that did not appear to have been cleaned before being processed. Plus, they were returned in different boxes than they were sent toy in. I had hoped to reuse that box with another shipment because it was a good fit for the slide trays. Your two boxes let them shift way to much.

The process was easy, fast and the quality was fantastic.

I think the shipping, packaging and tracking need to be way more assuring for customers sending off their memories. You'll get more business this way. Also, please have your video people spend more time ensuring there is less o no tracking as it was obvious they could be improved when I asked for them to be redigitzed. Also, the photos were around 80% good quality but many were obviously not cleaned a little to get rid of dust for example. I know you put a return label so people can return them for redos, but when you are digitizing 7,000 photos it is hard to take the time to go through each one.

I was able to find and send in about 30 old VHS and Hi8 videos I had sitting around for years. Most of the tapes I had forgotten about since most videos I take anymore are on my iPhone. I paid the fee and wondered if it was worth it. When the final videos were transferred and I could view them on the website, I WAS AMAZED! The people and family events that were long-lost memories all came back to life.

I paid for the year of on-line viewing and have been sharing the link to videos with family members who all have told me how amazing those memories are to watch. Many smiles and good tears from this service for bringing the past to my family and I. The cost may seem high but just one video was worth every penny spent.

I would definitely recommend this to save your memories
