I was able to find and send in about 30 old VHS and Hi8 videos I had sitting around for years. Most of the tapes I had forgotten about since most videos I take anymore are on my iPhone. I paid the fee and wondered if it was worth it. When the final videos were transferred and I could view them on the website, I WAS AMAZED! The people and family events that were long-lost memories all came back to life.

I paid for the year of on-line viewing and have been sharing the link to videos with family members who all have told me how amazing those memories are to watch. Many smiles and good tears from this service for bringing the past to my family and I. The cost may seem high but just one video was worth every penny spent.

I would definitely recommend this to save your memories

A bit expensive and haven't opened them yet but I like the pictures you add to the dvd's. Nice touch!

Very easy to use and the turnaround time was phenomenal

My family slides and video tapes were digitized very quickly and have great quality JPGs and MP4s. I am so pleased with the results that I will be boxing up my movie film soon to be digitized as well. IMemories was one of the most easy companies I have ever dealt with online and would definitely recommend them to digitize your family's precious memories for viewing for future generations.

I shipped off my great grandmother's films for conversion. Imemories makes the process easy with a shipping box and about a 2-3 week turn around time. I've used them twice now and plan to use them again.

There were many problems with the order. They charged me as if each individual slide was a VHS tape. It took several email exchanges to get the correct invoice. The quality of the video tapes transferred to digital is not great. Could be that they had deteriorated. I was disappointed, given the expense.

Although the price was very high for the amount of things I sent to be converted I'm sure quite a few people feel the same way Very expensive

I sent in 4 VHS tapes to be digitized. Process was easy and convenient. Videos were not enhanced or restored in any way, so they are the same poor dark quality from the aged VHS. I was hoping they brightened or restored them, but that's not part of the service. Perhaps I can have that done somewhere else now that they are digital. It is nice to have my memories so easily accessible now.

Hi I got my box back and I appreciate it but now I cannot find my digital videos I paid for? I had not downloaded them on to my laptop or flashdrive yet ( holidays/ work was crazy) and didnt understand saving with you guys online. I should have had still seen them in my emails and now all are not available for me to see. Can you please resend me all my videos as I do not want to have them on a cloud. I need to down load them

Processing was fast and ordering was easy. Would definitely recommend.

I loved seeing my memories converted to digital to see them in this time frame. Everything was handled well with the whole experience. Definitely would recommend to others to do the same with their memories.

With a father in the air force and being born overseas, your whole childhood is documented for family back home. That trend continues with siblings and family down the line. Cherished memories have been difficult to view or convert to a modern format for a reasonable cost. IMemories was a blessing to our family. They converted our tapes with care and urgency and returned them In perfect condition. I downloaded the tapes to USB's for the family on Christmas, and it's a holiday we'll never forget.

Process was simple and easy. It's great to have my old media converted to digital and saved safely.

I'm glad I got the 50% off but still think it was very expensive. The movies were old but confused as to why the small reels were only like 3 minutes long. Is that all that was capturable or how long they really were? I thought they were at least 15 mins

Saved our memories! We had vhs videos of our 1985 wedding that were completely unwatchable. Didn't have much hope to be able to see them, but imemories were able to fix them! Thanks for doing a great job!

The app says that it's free to store your video when you get it download it into the app but now I can't even watch the video because they want to charge me to store the video?
