I paid for the conversion of a VCR tape to a DVD. They sent the tape back and no DVD. Email said I had to pay $8 a month to access the tape contents. In my book this is fraud.

The process was well organized and well thought through. The only improvement I would make is to highlight the training videos on the main menu so they can be easily located. I searched a few times and had to eventually contact product support.

I appreciated the videos online but a 3 min video should not be as expensive and I think $500 for this service is too much, I will not be using it in the future. I have a few boxes of tapes I need to digitize so I will shop around.

It appears that the 50% promotional code that was available was not applied when checking out.
