Love the convenience, wish I had transferred earlier.

Love the in-person help line to avoid confusion. Very helpful. Old (20+ years) are now digitized and preserved for grandchildren.

So glad I finally sent my old VHS and 8mm tapes in and had them converted to digital media. Now I simply log in and edit the video's as needed. It has been so much fun to see them. I am very happy with the process.

I had never watched my recordings since I made them. It was like watching the ghosts of children past. So emotional. They're in their 30's now with children so it's amazing to see.

I sent in over 1000 slides to be converted into digital platform for my computer. They were converted and then packaged for their return to me via FEDEX. Everything went smoothly and the pictures are great to look at on my computer!

Great simple service - made it easy to accomplish something I wanted to do for years

Getting my memories digitized was really easy. Accessing them afterward has been a little tricky, but I am navigating that.

Good customer service no long waiting time answer questions

Some of the film quality is poor and the titles were not accurate, but I was able to re-label them. The price seems high, but I am enjoying watching them.

Excellent customer service. Great and nice people on phone lines. Only negative is time it takes to get originals back. FedEx seems to delay shipping every time.

I was often unsure what I was doing or going to receive. After I received email that the copying was done, I read the information to believe I had to subscribe to a service to view the old slides. But when I called I found that I could just download them to my computer. A nice lady walked me through it.
