Our videos were converted in a timely manner and we received the originals back without issues. I was able to share my videos with my family. I appreciated how quickly it all transpired.

Shipping was quick and easy, communication was clear. I didn't feel the color of the scans were very accurate. Resolution was high, but contrast and saturation looked different than original slides. Was okay for viewing purposes, but wouldn't print anything from these scans.

Great experience with memories. Seamless. Smooth. Easy. Simple.

It was an easy process to send my films to be digitized, and the originals were returned. Easy to download to my computer and I could see it on You Tube as well.

I was pleased with the quality, speed and reasonable expense of the digital reproduction in general.
However, there were two items that could use some work, or at least some explanation.
1. My videos had the appearance of a "ragged edge" at the lower part of the image, at the beginning of the videos, which cleared up a short time afterward. Is there some way this could have been eliminated?
2. My slides were sent, in a specific order to reflect the story lines in each of the boxes. They were returned in a very "scrambled" sequence. As a result, the sequence and story line, has to be completely recreated to make any meaning or sense of continuity of the subject matter. Not an easy thing to do after 50 years! It would be best, from a public relations standpoint, to keep the slides in the same order as when they were received!
