My late father started family 16 mm movies in 1948. Weddings, picnics, trips to the beach, my first hair because my mother wanted another girl so she let my hair grow so long that my father took a full length movie of the event and picture was front page in local newspaper. My youngest brother moved to Japan years ago and I helped raise him after my father died when my brother was only 7 weeks old and he never saw many of the movies of the rest of his siblings. I was able to send him memories to his email and he and his family loved and cried. I haven't send my brother in over 40 years and this was so heart warming I can't even describe 😭 💔 💓

I had several videos from 55 years ago hidden In a closet and was happy to find iMemories. They digitized my videos. The job was fast and good quality. Thanks!

One of the DVD conversions was fine but the other one skipped badly. I asked customer service if they could look at it again and fix it but got no reply.

Verify happy with the quality and it was videotaped on an OLD video recorder back in 1989 and I'm very surprised the quality was as good as it was, watching my wedding video again was priceless.

It was very easy and quick to order and ship. I was very happy with the results and time it took to receive the finished products. I could easily share the movies with relatives.

Tried to download some pictures and files to my computer. I could not open the file format. Not sure what software to use to open them.

I sent in a few tapes from my father's 80th birthday, a trip I took to Ireland with my mom and dad in 1997 and one of my wedding in 1984. VHS's were just coming out so the tapes weren't great to begin with. I had hoped iMemories might have been able to enhance them a bit but they didn't. They were what they were. But I am very happy I had them digitalized and can see bits and pieces of very important memories of my parents and some happy times in our lives. My other family members never took photos of these events so I have shared them.

It's been great experience, I've had no problems with sending my old tapes.

Service was great I was a bit surprised at the cost. It was not worth what I had done.

Had questions on how my film was going to be processed. I have used this company in past years. I didn't know they couldn't copy individual already printed photos.

I had a tape that was damaged and Imemories was still able to complete the order. I was so excited and surprised!

Ok. Several digitized vcr tapes had excessive noise, but others were good. It could have been the original version tapes that were bad.

I liked how easy it is to navigate the system. The reps were very friendly and patient.
