I am so happy I decided to invest in digitalizing my families tapes, CD's and a couple super 8 tapes from my childhood. Digitized everything from all my children, a little and eventually, I hope to be more super eat and slides from my childhood. All were downloaded to my computer. I did join for a year so I can watch them on the Roku or my phone.

Didnt do anything except convert to digital! Thought maybe they could improve color and lighting! But it was ok!

I was under the impression that a movie would be made from the slides that weee sent in. When they were sent back to me I still had to go through them again and organize them.

I have found it confusing to get to my imemories. I don't know how to reach the customer service people. It's been too long from when I started the process until it ended. Didn't help me get rid of anything as you gave it all back again.

At first I was hesitant about sending my videos, worrying they may get lost. But I bit the bullet and did it. I have really enjoyed seeing those videos again by transferring them to digital. Very satisfied.

Recently, I had discovered a small box of 8mm movies that my parents had taken of family outings back in the late 1950's and early 1960's. Since I had no way to view these old movies, I searched the web for companies that provided digital conversion services for 8mm movies, and iMemories had the highest rating.

While they were more expensive than others, they have very good reviews and customer service ratings. Both the guarantee and customer service interaction with iMemories was excellent! Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quality of the final product! Also, iMemories gave me a download link the I was able to share with my family and friends for 1 month free of charge.

Finally, after iMemoires confirmed my acceptance of the digitized movies, the original 8mm movies were shipped back to me as original (no damages or modifications).

I have had multiple movies and slides copied by iMemories -- all with great success. I only had one film returned with a note "Unable to copy" which puzzled us. (I think perhaps it was a blank film?)
The quality of the copies is extraordinary. The process is fast and the return packaging is very secure.
I highly recommend iMemories to all and will continue to use them to transfer more of our stash of movies in the future.

I am relieved to have my old vhs tapes finally converted and stored so I won't lose them. I do have a few more to convert and I'm excited to see what is on them.
