I wish I had known that cloud storage meant that I'd have to pay you in perpetuity in order to have access to my digital files! I feel totally ripped off. Now I've paid all this money to have them converted only to discover that I have to continue to pay on order to have access.

The whole process went smooth, pricing was good and access is good.

My first batch of pictures were converted perfectly and organized well. I'm working on the second batch. Freeing up storage space and making sure that we can enjoy these memories is priceless!

My old films and reels were handled with care and the digital product delivered online in a very timely fashion. All the while, the status of my order was available online. Highly recommend iMemories.

Fairly straightforward- place order, shipping box comes, put videos etc in box and return. Digital download and videos get returned.

My Experience: After the passing of my parents, I was tasked with cleaning out their home. During this process, I discovered boxes filled with slides—genuine picture slides. These slides are small colored images encased in square cardboard frames that require a slide projector for viewing. Surprisingly, many people I've spoken to about this don't know what a picture slide is.
In total, I found around 6,000 slides. They captured the childhood memories of me and my siblings, showing us moments we had never seen before. My father was an amateur photography enthusiast, and he meticulously transferred every photo he took onto slides to preserve them in the best possible way for that era.
I sent all of them to iMemories.
Within a month I received an email letting me know that the slides were ready to be viewed online and my original slides were on their way back to me. (I actually received communication from iMemories each step of the process and I could login to their site and follow the processing path.)
Also, during this process, I had several interactions with Customer Care. I had never done business with iMemories before. I was afraid and I was nervous trusting the process.
Now My siblings and I are now memories biggest fans!
Next? I have 18 plastic boxes full of actual photos of my 4 children growing up. Someday I would put those photos into albums. Not now! Within the next month I will be sending those photos off to be digitized. My kids already told me that they do not want photos stuck into albums.

I shipped off my old home movies and they were converted and available In a very reasonable amount of time. I then received my old movies back as well. I cannot recommend them enough, we are very satisfied with the results.

I have been very pleased with my IMemories experience! I am slowly working through an entire box of tapes that have needed to be preserved for some time. The process is seamless and I really enjoy that the videos are uploaded as they are completed.

Digitization was done as promised. Two minor disappointments: One photo was extremely washed out, which I corrected with a photo editor after downloading, and there was a separate charge for returning my original slides, which wasn't clear up front

I think it's ridiculous that i have to pay a monthly or annual fee for this service after paying $500 to convert my videos. I'd prefer to have it on a jump drive!

Shopping experience was fine. I went into their office, a girl told me what shelf to get the box off of. I put my film in and I put it on a different shelf the girl directed me to.

My mini DV and VHS tapes were digitized quickly and uploaded to the cloud. They were very easy to access and download
