This is third time I've used IMemories. Each experience has been great. Customer service is very helpful. I've converted VHS, slides, negatives and photographs through the years. As I cull through many boxes of old photographs, it's nice to know I can send them off to IMemories to preserve on USB sticks to share with other family members and easily store.

Unfortunately I am having problems signing into my website. I gave my sign-in credentials to my children. But now I am having probelms signing into the site myself. I also would like to have some written instructions on how to download some already scanned photos that are on discs, which include music?

I sent in a 21 year old mini DV that had never been played. I was not hopeful it could be even be viewed never mind converted to digital with any sort of decent resolution. A few days later I received a message that my order was going to take an extra day or two because they wanted to apply a different method that they thought would produce a better result -at no extra charge. Let me tell you, when I saw the digital file I was stunned. Remember this was a 21 year old mini DV Cassette tape! The digital conversion looked like it was 4K resolution! Unbelievable work and customer service!

I know you can use the streaming services, but what I did was download the movies and use them in a digital picture frame, continously playing the memories from a flash drive

This reel had been sitting in a drawer for years. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Considering the age of the film the digitized version was of reasonable quality and a joy to watch. It was wonderful to see our family and friends from 62 years ago, many of course since passed on. I'd forgotten how beautiful my bride was and how young we were. Unfortunately my wife passed away earlier this year so she didn't get to see it. I showed the film at her funeral. It was bitter sweet.

I wish I had known that cloud storage meant that I'd have to pay you in perpetuity in order to have access to my digital files! I feel totally ripped off. Now I've paid all this money to have them converted only to discover that I have to continue to pay on order to have access.
