Easy to work with during the whole process. Fast service as well. VHS tapes handled with care and returned with no issues.

Fast turn around time and great customer service. I loved watching video footage from 30years ago, some of which I'm certain I've never watched before. It was a real treat.

The videos came out unbelievable! They even edited out the unwanted parts of each video!

It was very easy, just went through old pictures, VHS and slides. Put them in bags and shipped away.
Now I can share with my family.

I was unable to download my files and NOW being told to pay more money for it. Would not recommend the service based on this

I had to leave Maine for family issue in April before my I memories arrived. I have not been back. I hope to be back by mid July 🤷🏻‍

I had an old VHS tape that didn't work when put into an old VCR we stored in the attic. I didn't think the tape was operational, so I wrote it off, but I really wanted to preserve the memories from it. I saw an ad on social media for iMemories and thought, maybe they could help solve my problem. Well, needless to say, I followed through and did just that, and now I can share those memories with my children and grandchildren. Thank you iMemories for preserving our family history!

Too expensive for just digital copies, I should get hard drive or dvds for that price

Needed to protect these photos and this seemed to be the best provider of digital services. Turns out, they were! Thanks!

Obviously I can read, But I saw nothing that said it was going to all be digital. I thought I would get DVD's or something physical. After contacting customer service I found they understood, I have saved digital offerings and have Uploaded to Google share.

I wish I had also received a DVD/CD as well. I think I got a bit confused over how I was going to get the VHS Tape I sent
But glad I finally got this finalized... even IF I can only receive the information online.

I'm in the process of alot of changes, so I didn't have time to contact customer service.
Just another item on my list, I need to catch up with...

They did what they said they would do.very happy with service.

We had older "reel films" VHS tapes, mini camcorder tapes & CD's along with regular CD's full of photos. Everything was successfully converted to our liking and request! Mailing everything in was easy, and after the digitization we received all media back without issue. Couldn't be happier to now have these memories viewable again. Thank you iMemories…

Everything went smooth. I only had one issue where part of the VHS tape was not digitalized, but upon contacting IMEMORIES, they had me to send by the VHS tape and they added the portion of the video.

I researched these types of companies and narrowed it down to IMemories and one other. Very glad I went with I Memories. They live up to their marketing message.

So happy to have my memories kept forever and I can view whenever I want.

Everything about the service was outstanding. I had no issues placing the order and receiving my memories in digital format.
