Process has always been very easy and they are always fast with all the digitizing.

Brought me to tears. There were things on those videos that is priceless.

I sent in about 15 mini dv's - they were all returned and I noticed about half of the transfers were very grainy and glitchy. I called and they said to send them back and they would look over them again. I did and now it looks like they are all fixed and clear! Very happy with the attention and follow up! Will be sending another box in soon!

When I was able to view the slides that were converted, I noticed that a number of them looked faded - as was not the case when I previewed them with a ViewMaster before sending my order. The iMemories representative offered to check to make sure appropriate steps were followed. I waited two weeks for a response (made two follow-up calls), and was finally told by a supervisor that everything had been done correctly. My viewing time was extended (although a follow-up email did not indicate that), and soon I will be ordering slides to be put on a thumb drive, but I might delete those slides that didn't come out well.

I found follow-up emails to be confusing, as they gave two "cloud" options, but did not mention another option (e.g., putting slides on a thumb drive). I understand that ordering a cloud option would mean I would continue paying to see these slides indefinitely. I can't understand why anyone would choose that option, but I understand why your company would prefer it.

While those I spoke with were very polite, customer service could be improved!

Too many emails-and difficult to understand how to view them-confusing what was being "taken away" for a non-techy person. Just send me an email with all the digitized photos. 🤷‍

I love being able to view and share our videos digitally! My daughters love seeing themselves as little children. It's priceless to have!

Uncovered many old VCR tapes and after researching who did conversions I went with I memories. Big bang for my bucks.
They were easy to work with. The price was reasonable, always a discount. They did a wonderful job converting the tapes even though some were 30 years old. Will most definitely use them for my next conversions.
An important fact was that I have been able to share with famiy and friends. 100% recommend.

I am so grateful to be able to relive special occasions from the 90's. I was afraid these home movies were lost forever. This has been an easy and affordable experience. These memories are truly priceless to me.

It was incredible to watch the VHS tapes that have been in my closet for 10+ years. IMemories loaded the videos on their cloud in smaller sizes so each video was 7-10 minutes long. Easy to share with family and FUN!

I was not notified during ordering that a monthly/yearly fee was encouraged for storage.

I sent many movie films, videotapes, and some photos for digital conversion and I am so impressed with the outcomes. It brought our media back to life. Some films were 40 yrs. Old. The family was so entertained is watching their childhood memories, and my husband and I were having fun watching our wedding and honeymoon videos from 48 yrs. Ago. The customer service reps were so helpful and courteous when I called with questions; the work was done in a timely manner, and the originals were returned in the same condition in which they were sent. I highly recommend iMemories and I am getting ready to send them another order.

I am very happy with the high quality digital formatting ( MP4) of my taped home movies. I can now easily edit my home movies and save them for generations to come. Customer service is exceptional and processing time of a few weeks was way sooner then I expected. I am proud to be an iMemories customer!

After all my efforts to get my thumb drive delivered, I finally had to buy a second and start over. It is now here but I'm out the $69.99 plus shipping cost.

This was fantastic. I was a little disappointed that they could not convert one of my videos but that was because it was old and kept breaking in the process. I have many more videos that I will be sending their way.
