I couldn't find the album, with the separate folders, after I downloaded it to view. Fortunately, they made 2 copies so I still have the other one to view

I am/was very happy with the product and services iMemories provided. I got to see my oldest Son, when he was young, again. He passed away 10 yrs ago.

Digitize 8mm film from 1958 to 1964 all came out very good also a vhs tape from 1996 very pleased with results.

I had no problem with iMemories. I received the digital copies in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. My only disappointment was some of the digital copies were a little dark and I cannot lighten them but that could be because they were old.

Everything was simple and very quick. Easy to navigate website and app.
I wish there was a feature to add music like there was in the past.

IMemories makes this process easy and their packaging is very good. I felt safe sending them my old materials that were in fact irreplaceable.

I had a fantastic experience. The only drawback was I sent a vcr tape that had copyrighted material on my high school game. I was never told that it was copyrighted. The tapes were just returned. I had to inquire as to why that tape wasn't uploaded. That's when I found out the issue. But the quality and speed of the process was phenomenal!

Getting my memories in digital was great. Service and shipping were both fast.

Quality is good but processing is slow and there IS a ship cost to you for the co. To return the films. This is not indicated by phone when inquiring about their services and later they state it is in the 'fine print' - very deceptive. This is unlike shopping on another vendor's site where you can see up front the TOTAL costs since the total is figured, of course, after they receive the materials & it shows in your cart.

IMemories was great to work with. They sent a box for the media with a pre-paid label. I put the media in the box and shipped it. Received an email a few weeks later that the media had been converted was available for viewing. A couple weeks later the original media had been returned to me.

I have used iMemories for several years. The quality of their work is excellent. I love that I can look online at any time on my phone or computer and look at videos of my children and grandchildren. My family also enjoys looking back at those memories.

End product was costly but I'm pleased with final product. Would like discounts for subscribers

The conversion from VHS tapes to ultra high quality digital MP4 video was accomplished in a timely manner. The whole process for 6 VHS tapes were accompanied within a few weeks.
Shipping of my VHS tapes to iMemories and then the return of my tapes were done in a very secure manner. The overall cost of the conversion was fair and they offer a variety of storage of the converted media (Cloud, DVD, Thumb Drive). Overall, I am happy with the entire experience!

Super easy process! All you do is pack up your pictures, tapes and send all in…imemories takes care of the rest!
