I was overwhelmed at all the photos I had to do something with and with my busy life everything became more burdensome for me. I am 71 and I'm grateful to have found iMemories. I am still sorting and sending and I will continue until the task is completed Thank You iMemories!

What a special moment when I received my digitized family videos! Will most likely use iMemories again!
IMemories delivered packing materials quickly and processed our several Super 8 movies as promised. They were easily available for downloading online. I am satisfied with the service.
They delivered exactly what was promised. My films and videos were in bad shape so they did the best they could.
My photos and slides were done beautifully, but the 8mm film and VHS not so much. I think a lot of the poor clarity was due to the deteriorating condition of the original media. However, I guess I was looking for some kind of restoration, which didn't happen. The memories were most certainly preserved and available for my family members to view online, which was nice. But then again, to keep them stored online or converted to other media was additional cost. The service was not miraculous, especially given the cost to convert the 8mm film, but I suppose I got my money's worth.
Service was excellent and as advertised. All went well. I have recommended to family members.
It was great to watch the videos of my children when they were in their younger years.

I lost my 44YO wife to pancreatic cancer March '24. We were married 25 years, and I miss her quite a bit. When dating and first married, we used mini VHS and mini DV tapes that I've not seen in years. When I was concerned about what pictures and video I had left of my sweet bride, I knew I had these 20+ tapes, but unsure about the quality if I transferred myself, not to mention the time commitment to do so. IMemories came highly recommended and I sent them off with a sense of anticipation. The VERY first tape to be transferred to digital was the day I proposed! The next week or two, the transfers were available for download, and I took a trip down memory lane, falling in live with my sweetheart all over again. IMemories became a part of my grieving journey, and made it just a little bit easier. I've showed my young children their mother in her prime, and shared some of my favorite funny memories of her with them. I'm SO glad I found a service I could trust with my memories. I found the price to be not only fair, but totally worth every penny in the end. Thx to iMemories for being a part of my family's journey.
