It is an amazing thing how we forget some of the things we did in the past. Then they come back to life when we are able to play back our old videos on new and improved technology like Imemories provides. It's such a joy to be able to look at them anytime you want and they're so accessible on your mobile device. So exciting to have at any time.

My order had many duplicates -- not even sure if I paid for them -- it was a bit complicated to untangle the order/folders once I received it. I have been meaning to go back in and see if I paid for the duplicates

For several years I thought about converting our tapes and CDs to a digital format so they would not be lost to age or unforeseen incident. I have been very pleased with the entire process iMemories utilizes to help preserve our multigenerational memories.

All that they say they will do has been done. The process is very simple and the digital access was done quickly. My 30 years of video has been organized by this company for easy access. I was able to share their app with all my family so that they can view all of the videos. I think they're $49 per year as a fair price and I plan on keeping this plan for years to come. The other option is, you can download the videos and not keep their plan and organize them yourself! I highly recommend taking the time to capture your memories in digital format!

I liked the outcome but feel it was pricey. And having to do 50 characters or it doesn't submit is definatly a pain

IMemories website is detailed, helpful & professional, with great client reviews. I sent in 8mm home movies from the 1950s (!) in two batches, the first as a test. My expectations were greatly exceeded with their excellent & quick service, and I could view the finished product immediately online, complete with editing capabilities I can use at my own pace. The price is quite reasonable. This was a completely excellent experience from start to finish! And my family is thrilled to see the results. Don't hesitate to utilize the services of iMemories!

I felt that out very old and precious 8mm tapes and slides were well taken care of and I would recommend IMemories.

I loved being able to finally watch videos of my children as babies! Everything was so easy, from ordering my box to getting my digital memories and my originals back. I would recommend iMemories to anyone wanting to get their old film digitized.

For a small annual fee, my digital movies are stored on-line where I can watch from my TV and also share with my family. Planning to definitely send more cassettes to iMemories to convert for me.

This was my second experience with iMemories, this time with 11 VHS tapes.
After reviewing and some editing, I ordered a thumb drive and all content was saved to just one thumb drive. And as promised, all 11 original videos were returned to me. Great company and great customer service!

I was so pleased with the whole process of converting old home movies from VHS to Digital streaming. I loved that I could watch the videos as they were uploaded, instead of waiting for the whole batch to be completed. The website has been great for sharing the old movies and the edited versions I make for my family in iMovie. Nostalgia and joy to be shared all around!

If you have old tapes, just do it. Everything about it is worth it

The process was seamless and customer service was very polite and informative.
My only disappointment was the return shipment packaging of my tapes (63). After paying more for return shipping, I expected the tapes to be returned to me in the same "Safe Ship" packaging they were sent in, not in a standard cardboard box. I was not pleased with how my tapes were returned with money spent.

My experience was hassle, free thank you also very much for being professional and sending me back my originals in a timely manner
