Everything was completed as promised and was easy to access the videos.

About half of the videos we received had snow or jumping on them. When reported, we were ask to return the videos that had snow or jumping. We received the "corrected" videos but about half of them still had snow.

I waited too long to do something with my old VHS videos. Some of them were moldy and couldn't be converted. I didn't know that could even happen 😳 The ones that were still good came out wonderful. How it touched my heart to see and hear my mother and father that are no longer with us. Watching my son as a baby and young child interact with them is priceless.

When I heard that iMemories had never lost a film, I just sent them my home movies to be digitized - and it was life changing! I had never seen many of the films we took of our babies and children because the old technologies were so difficult to use and with my now adult children, we were thrilled to see them! Working with the iMemories team was so easy - they have it down to a science - and I've already recommended them to numerous friends and family!

We enjoyed the experience and loved seeing long gone family members, although I was a bit disappointed in some of the quality of the transfers. I thought a lot of the old videos/movie reels were on the dark side and hard to see the images. I also thought with the video transfer there would have been Digital editing done to them to sharpen the pictures.

Why not preserve all the history of family and friends. Wonderful to share with them and come together with great memories.

I needed my 2002 high school football tape transfered digitally. IMemories did an awesome job by completing the task. I have no complaints. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service provided by iMemories. The process was very efficient, and I was very satisfied with the converted files. I had several 8mm films transferred to digital and then put on flash drives. It is wonderful to be able to look back at such precious memories.

I sent iMemories more than 1500 slides to digitize. When they were done, I was able to easily view/download the digital copies and they returned them exactly as I had packed them so I could easily put them back into their original storage boxes.

What a beautiful way to preserve all my family memories! Wonderful site and I've given their information to many family members and friends! We can't stop watching and sharing them with each other!

I was able to speak with someone after they were digitalized to be able to convert them to DVD or thumb drive as needed. This was very helpful.

The whole process was simple and very easy. They kept me informed with the progress. I highly recommend IMemories. There are no surprises with the cost. Everything is upfront. Some companies video conversion cost depends on the length of the cassette. IMemories charges are per Video and you would know the exact cost. Few of the videos were very old and damaged and that took additional processing and there were no added charges.

They were old family movies that meant a lot to me
So I was very impressed that it was guaranteed they would do a professional digitalized job
They did and all of my films were returned. The whole experience was only 2-3 weeks and very pleasant.

We found some old Super 8 reels when cleaning out our parents' home. It brought back many memories. IMemories kept me apprised of every step in the process and it has been very easy to share the videos with my family.

I enjoyed the service. It is a little expensive with having to have the box shipped to you for 40 dollars and then pay another 15-20 dollars to have them convert the item. The box was very large for 2 items and I can imagine shipping could be cheaper also having to pay again for a membership to keep your items on the site so make sure you download your documents

This is so amazing all of our videos, DVDs, etc. in one app we can watch them anywhere. We love it.
